For account, book or billing help, email stefan@automateed.com. Include your account email and the page or step where you ran into trouble. Do not send passwords, login codes, card details or private manuscript content.
Verification email hasn’t arrived?
Check spam and promotions, confirm the address you entered and use the resend option on the app’s verification page. Open the newest message. If you still cannot continue, contact us from the email address you used for registration.
Your book is still in progress?
Open My books to check the existing request. A temporary connection error does not always mean generation stopped. Avoid starting another request until you have checked the book’s status. Tell us the book title and the stage shown if you need help.
Export or editing problem?
Save your changes, then open the book again and check the current content. For an export problem, tell us the format and the error you see. A completed paid book supports PDF, DOCX and EPUB. Review a downloaded file before sharing it.
Credits, subscriptions and charge questions
Open Account & plans to see your credit balance, credit activity and subscription status. You can cancel renewal there. Cancellation keeps your current paid period and credits already added, and stops future renewals. If you were charged but access or credits are missing, contact us with the account email and payment date; do not purchase the same plan again to repair a missing credit.
