Privacy
EbookGenerator.si is operated by Content Petit LLC. This notice covers our website and the independent EbookGenerator.si application. For privacy requests, contact stefan@automateed.com.
Your account and book projects
We process the email address and name you provide, a protected password record, verification and login information, your book ideas, writing, images and export files, and records needed to keep your credits and subscription accurate. This supports signing in, creating and saving your book, preventing abuse, providing support and keeping the service secure. Do not include sensitive personal information or material you do not have permission to use.
Your topic on the marketing website
Typing a topic keeps it in the current page until you choose to keep it or continue. That choice stores your topic in this browser for up to 24 hours. Expired drafts are removed when you save another idea; you can clear them sooner in your browser settings. A downloaded writing brief is prepared on your device. These planning actions do not themselves send your topic to an AI provider.
Moving your idea into the app
When you continue to registration, the app receives your topic through a browser message checked against the first-party website and app. The topic is not added to the page address. The app must save it before this page confirms receipt. A browser-only draft does not automatically transfer to another device. Once you ask the app to generate a preview, a book, an image or an AI edit, the information needed for that request is processed by the AI service.
Services that help run the product
Hosting and storage providers handle the website, application and project data. OpenAI processes AI-generation requests; Amazon Web Services provides application hosting and email delivery; Aiven provides the independent application database; Netlify hosts the marketing website. Stripe processes card payments, and Google reCAPTCHA helps protect forms from automated abuse. These providers receive information necessary for their role and apply their own applicable terms and privacy practices.
Payments
Card details are entered in Stripe’s hosted checkout. We keep the payment and subscription references, confirmed purchase information and credit records needed to deliver what you bought, manage renewal and handle billing questions. Do not send card numbers or passwords by email.
Emails and your choices
Account verification, requested login codes, receipts and messages needed to deliver or secure the service are transactional. Promotional book tips and upgrade reminders require a separate marketing choice; the signup marketing option is unchecked by default. You can unsubscribe from promotional messages using the link in the email or contact us. Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent essential account or purchase messages.
Cookies and website requests
The app uses a secure session cookie to keep you signed in. Your browser requests website files and the concept video from our hosting services. These requests include ordinary connection information such as IP address and browser details. The marketing website does not load advertising or analytics trackers. It may remember a dismissed book-idea reminder in browser session storage so it is not repeatedly shown. Form protection in the app may involve Google reCAPTCHA’s processing.
Access, retention and deletion
Your private book projects are available through your authenticated account. We keep account and project data while needed to provide the service and handle your requests. Payment, security, dispute or legal records may need to be retained after an account closes. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion, or to ask about the data held for your account. Export work you wish to keep before requesting deletion.
Publishing is your choice
Downloading a file does not make your manuscript public. If you upload or share your book on another platform, that platform’s privacy and publishing rules apply. The current EbookGenerator.si offer does not automatically publish your book or list it for sale.
